Is our focus on social media measurement stifling creativity to death?

This is one of the questions that I'm asking  in my presentation 'What's next in social media marketing' at the Social Networking World Forum next Tuesday, 10 March at 4.30pm.

I'm also be asking:

– Is it possible to build a brand in the social media age without giving up control?
